Bill and his staff provide a wide range of financial and retirement plan support to the company including budgeting and financial reporting, payroll, cash management and retirement plan administration support. Bill is a graduate of the University of Maine and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) during his tenure in the Portland, Maine, office of Ernst & Young. Prior to joining Spectrum, Bill was a Senior Financial Analyst with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maine. In addition, Bill has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

David Landry

David graduated summa cum laude from Bates College and has ten years of experience in the physician practice management, billing, compliance, contracting, and information management arena. David oversees the company's Information Technology and all of the operations of the company including billing, collections, compliance implementation, contracting, reporting, and staff management. David brings a breadth of practice management and strategic experience to the company as he formerly served as Director of Practice Management with the nation's largest physician practice management and billing company.

Jeff Cutler
Director of Human Resources

A graduate of Boston University, Jeff has over fifteen years of professional Human Resources experience, most of which come from Fortune 500 company settings. Along with a staff of three, Jeff provides comprehensive HR support in the following areas: employee relations, benefits & compensation administration, recruiting, training & compliance, general policy & procedures, and credentialing. His department's goal is to provide Spectrum's Physicians with the right internal "HR consult," so that they can concentrate on their clinical expertise.

Phil Brown

A magna cum laude graduate of Bowdoin College, Phil has been an information technology (IT) professional since 1985 and with specific health care IT focus since 1992. Phil joined Spectrum in 1996. Prior to his position at Spectrum, Phil served in the Clinical Application Systems group at Maine Medical Center. Along with the IT staff at Spectrum, Phil brings a broad breadth of IT expertise to Spectrum, especially in applying and leveraging IT systems to efficiently deliver health care. His department's mission is to enable Spectrum's health care providers to deliver high quality and cost-effective care through superior information technology solutions.
