Scott received his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont in 2009. Prior to this, he received a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science with a Biology concentration, also from the University of Vermont. After completing his degree and multiple clinical rotations in the New England area, Scott worked in Boston for 2 years as a physical therapist for a private outpatient practice where he treated multiple general orthopaedic injuries.
Scott moved back to the greater Portland area of Maine where he is from and began working for OA in August of 2011. His clinical interests include rehabbing young athletes with injuries to the knee and foot/ankle through functional/sport specific training and manual therapy. Scott is also a Titleist Performance Institute level one certified golf fitness instructor and enjoys working with the injured golfer.
Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, camping, playing tennis, traveling, playing soccer, and cooking.
