Bobby received his bachelors in applied exercise science and doctorate in physical therapy from the University of New England in 2009 and 2012, respectively. In 2009, Bobby became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2012, Bobby presented his research entitled “Rate of Loading and Lower Extremity Sagittal Plane Biomechanics When Landing from a Drop Jump: Shod and Barefoot Comparisons Between Genders” at the American Society of Biomechanics (ASB) Annual Conference in Gainesville, Florida.
Bobby joined OA in April of 2012 following his last clinical rotation as a student physical therapist. His focus was treating patients with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions and dysfunctions. His clinical interests include the rehabilitation of swimming athletes and athletes following concussions.
In his spare time, Bobby enjoys backpacking, cycling, mountain biking, spear fishing, surfing and swimming. Bobby currently lives in Southern Maine with his wife Danielle.
