Eric received his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts in the fall of 2000. While at AIC, he completed internships in outpatient/inpatient orthopaedics as well as rehabilitation of traumatic brain injuries. Eric joined the OA Physical Therapy Center in Windham in May 2010 as a staff physical therapist. He was previously employed by an orthopaedic clinic in southern Maine where he treated a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical patients.
Eric has attended various courses in the management of musculoskeletal disorders of the shoulder, knee, foot and ankle. He has received training in multiple treatment approaches including FMS, SFMA, Mulligan mobilizations, and the Graston Technique® in which he recently became certified. In 2012 he also became a Certified Pitching Coach through the National Pitching Association. His clinical interests include treatment of the injured cyclist, non-operative and post-operative rehabilitation of the shoulder, and custom orthotic intervention.
Eric currently resides in Buxton with his wife and two daughters. His leisure interests include cycling, mountain biking/racing, and flag football.
